Dental implant is widely used and has successful results as a method used to restore the masticatory function and esthetics of missing teeth. One of the factors determining long-term prognosis of implants is the presence of a sufficient amount of alveolar bone in the missing tooth area. In cases of alveolar bone defect for various reasons, Guided bone regeneration (GBR) is the most commonly used procedure, and is widely used when there is slightly dehiscence or fenestration wound around the implant. In this case report, we report a case in which the wound dehiscence occurred implantation with GBR.
